This is an interactive system that allows bank’s account holders to access their accounts via their mobile phones in the form of short messages. (SMS)
Registration Requirements
- Customer Name
- Branch
- Account No
- Postal Address
- Mobile No
Registration Process
Visit any IBL branch and fill in the SMS Banking application form indicating the services you want to assess.

Successful Registration
- Once your registration by the branch is complete you will receive the below message via your mobile phone
- “Welcome to ImperialBank SMS_Banking. To use this facility SMS requests to the Number 0727-534774
- Your Pin is XXXX”
